The lodge is 300 meters southwest of Cerro Plano Elementary School in Monteverde. Buses from San José pass Lagartos at 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., arriving in Monteverde 2 hours later. By car, take Route 149 to Sardinal, then follow signs for 27 km. La Fortuna Airport is 85 km away.
